The effect of regenerative sheep grazing on long-termed nonmoved grass covers of mountain meadows was observed in the locality of Zadní Rennerovky (1250 m above sea level) during the years 1994-1999. On the basis of dates 24 variants of economic models of grazing were worked up. There isn't great chance to change the technological variant of grazing regarding to the priority of ecological functions. Nevertheless the economy can be improved by decreasing the transport costs (minimization of the distance from the place of winter housing), by location in the area of the same veterinary administration (health testing is necessary for transport permission), by location out of the reach of ski-ing routes (necessity of electric fences conductors removing). The strictly specific grant according to the rate of economicly unfavourable, but ecologically prior functions is put forward.
